| Our parent company Stella Best Company founded in 1974 initially dealt with the import and export of African products. In 1996 the company saw the need to expand into the European market and founded our European division that year. Mertimo International BV currently headquartered in Holland is currently run by our President and Chief Operations officer Ms. M. Eno-Osagie. Ms. Eno-Osagie was formally educated in the UK and Holland with emphasis in Economics and Finance. Our Managing Director Mr. T Franta joined our European division in 2001. Mr. Franta was formally educated in the US with emphasis in Bio-Chemistry and Marketing. Our initial product line included automotive oriented products, but we have expanded our products lines to include commercial small to medium sized telecommunications equipment systems |
